Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is AutoLine SVS s.r.o., company ID 22541837, registered office V dolině 1515/1b, 101 00 Prague 10, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 418191. Workshop: Spojovací 783/41, 190 00 Prague 9 – Vysočany.

What data we process

When you book online: your name, phone, email (optional), car model, licence plate (optional), booking note, chosen service, time slot and the website language. We also record when the booking was sent.

On every visit: your IP address and technical request data (browser, time, page visited). We use these to protect the website from abuse and to run it.

We do not collect data for advertising, we use no analytics or tracking tools, and we do no profiling or automated decision-making.

Why and on what legal basis

Booking and servicing your car: we need the data to reserve and confirm your slot, contact you and repair the car. The legal basis is performance of a contract and steps taken before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We cannot accept a booking without the required details, but you can always book by phone.

Website protection: we briefly use your IP address to limit the number of submitted forms and to detect spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Accounting and tax: if a booking turns into a job, we keep the records for the period required by accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep online booking data for as long as needed to handle the booking, service your car and protect our legal claims. You can ask us to erase it earlier at any time. Records of completed jobs (receipts, invoices) are kept for the period required by law, usually 10 years.

IP addresses used to limit form submissions are held only in server memory for no more than 15 minutes. Hosting logs are deleted on a rolling basis under the provider's settings, usually within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. These processors help us and may only handle it on our instructions:

RoApp — the workshop and booking management system your booking is written to. Railway Corporation — website and database hosting; data is stored in a data centre in the EU. Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery and attack protection. Resend, Inc. — sending new-booking notifications to our staff.

Some processors are based in the USA. Transfers there rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will handle your request without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
