Your warranty stays
The manufacturer warranty remains valid outside the dealer network when the manufacturer procedure is followed and approved parts are used. That is how we work.
After every job you get a document listing the parts used.

Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the final price before starting work. "From" prices are indicative; we confirm the final price after diagnostics.

Do I lose the warranty if I skip the dealer?
No. The manufacturer warranty stays valid when the service follows the manufacturer procedure and uses approved parts. That is how we work.
Do you repair the high-voltage battery?
Yes, diagnostics and repair of the high-voltage system.
Can you repair a control unit instead of replacing it?
Often yes. We look for the faulty component and replace the whole unit only when repair is impossible.
How long does a repair take?
Routine work takes one to two days. The next slot is usually tomorrow.
Do you speak Ukrainian?
Yes — Czech, Ukrainian and English.
