Our technicians used to work at a Tesla service centre and repair at component level. One customer came to us after the dealer had replaced the car's entire computer twice — we replaced one small faulty part.
When a unit cannot be repaired, we replace it and program or recode it so it communicates correctly with the car. We work on EVs of all makes, from Tesla to electric BMWs and Jaguars. We quote upfront based on the specific fault.
